KUL21 Data Center, Cyberjaya is a world-class facility located in the Multimedia Super Corridor, designed to provide extensive connectivity, state-of-the-art power, and cooling systems across its four multi-story data centers, supporting up to 64MW of critical IT load.

Scope of Work

            * To provide labour, material, plant and equipment for the fabrication, supply, delivery and installation of cast in-situ

               concrete works and waterproofing works; and

            * To provide labour, material, plant and equipment for the installation of precast concrete elements.

Challenges:

           Executing fast-track projects while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and management

            compliance presents unique challenges. These include:

                     *Balancing accelerated project delivery with uncompromising quality

                     *Ensuring strict compliance with environmental regulations

                     *Managing resources effectively within tight deadlines

Solutions:

            1.  Bottom-Up Team Integration:

                Ensure every team member, from laborers to supervisors, is thoroughly trained and deeply familiar with the

                company's specific project culture and protocols.
            2.  Top-Down Leadership Engagement:

                 Facilitate the direct involvement of top management to enable rapid, efficient decision-making and ensure

                 strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

               3. Efficient Precasting Methods:

                Implementing modern precasting techniques with strict quality control to streamline the construction

                process while maintaining high standards.

              4. Sustainable Construction Practices:

               Adopting eco-friendly materials and methods, such as using renewable energy and efficient cooling

               systems, to minimize environmental impact
